Cardiff Blues and Ospreys have announced their teams for their away games tomorrow, Friday 3rd October.

Blues captain Matthew Rees returns to the starting line-up as the team travel to Ireland to face Connacht at the at The Sportsground in the Guinness PRO12 tomorrow evening (kick-off 7.35pm).

Welsh international Rees is recalled in the front row and is one of eight changes made by Director of Rugby Mark Hammett to the side that narrowly lost out to champions Leinster last week.
